SECTION 3: Activities and Programs at Christ Church for these Children

We have included the option here for you to register for any and every children and youth ministries, programs, and activities for the children/youths that you are registering. This way you don't have to fill out a new registration form for each of these ministries or programs at Christ Church.

If you have children that are too young or too old for a particular ministry, but may be interested in other ministries, please let us know in the box provided.
